Installation & upgrades

Auditix runs on your own server as a set of Docker containers, described by one compose.yaml file. Installing it takes a few minutes; it then updates itself from its settings.

  1. Prepare a Linux host with Docker Engine and the Docker Compose plugin.
  2. Create compose.yaml and .env in an installation folder, then docker compose up -d.
  3. Sign in as admin / password and choose a new password right away.
  4. Name the instance, set its time zone and defaults in Settings › Platform › General.
  5. Activate a licence in Settings › Platform › Licence (without one, the instance runs as Community).
  6. Set up HTTPS in Settings › Platform › Web access.
  7. Create tenants and accounts, then describe your equipment in Node management.
